How long does it take for my bike to arrive?
Orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery via ground freight usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes are shipped 85% assembled. We provide all necessary tools and comprehensive video tutorials to help you complete the final steps in about 45-60 minutes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.
What kind of warranty do you offer on electrical components?
Every bike is backed by a 1-year comprehensive warranty that covers all manufacturing defects, including the battery, motor, and controller.
Can I ride my electric bike in the rain?
Yes, our bikes are designed with water-resistant components (IP65 rating). However, we recommend avoiding deep puddles and never pressure washing your bike.
Do you offer financing options?
