Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Gear
Carefully disassemble your bike if necessary and place it back in its original packaging with all components, manuals, and chargers included to ensure safe transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item for any damage or wear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
